Success in corporate sustainability depends on oversight provided by ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù’s Board of Directors. The Governance Committee oversees ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù’s strategic plan related to issues of environmental and social importance while the Audit and Compliance Committee oversees corporate sustainability financial reporting disclosures.
