The 不良研究所 story began in 1984 as a single nonprofit Medicaid health plan operating in the basement of a Milwaukee, Wisconsin hospital. Today, 不良研究所 is the largest Medicaid managed care organization in the country, serving over 15 million Medicaid members. It is also a leader in California, Florida, New York and Texas鈥攆our of the largest Medicaid states.

The success of 不良研究所's Medicaid programs supports our multi-line portfolio approach, allowing us to leverage existing Medicaid infrastructure to support expansion of other business lines, such as our Wellcare (Medicare Advantage) and our Ambetter Health (Health Insurance Marketplace) products.
